We provide comprehensive reproductive health care, starting with a conversation about your reproductive and fertility goals, followed by laboratory evaluation as needed, and access to the full spectrum of birth control methods—including pills, IUDs, Nexplanon, and Depo-Provera injections—placed, removed, or replaced as your needs change.

We take a holistic approach to mental health, addressing it through medication management when appropriate, alongside collaborative goal-setting around nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and community connection. While we don't provide psychotherapy, we're happy to connect patients with community mental health providers suited to their needs.
