Yes! At Lupa Health, virtual (telehealth) visits are available for many types of care, depending on if it is a good clinical fit for what the visit requires. We have standard pricing for an initial 1-hour visit, follow-up 1-hour visit, and follow-up 30-minute visit. We also have upfront pricing for other services and procedures. See Services page for details.
Sliding scale pricing is available based on individual circumstances. Let us know if/how we can help, and we can navigate through the details together.
-
No insurance billing for visits here. In order to provide top-quality evidence-based care to our community, we have made the difficult though important decision to not contract with insurance companies.
Instead, we have clear upfront pricing for visits and services that are clearly listed on the website. In addition, every visit comes with a receipt (aka superbill) that you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and personal checks. Note: Please check directly with your HSA or FSA provider for coverage details.
Unfortunately, Lupa Health is unable to see patients who are currently enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid due to strict state and federal regulations.
For prescriptions, labs, imaging, or anything ordered along the way, insurance can often be used to cover costs, depending on your coverage.
We believe healthcare works better without the runaround, and this model lets us keep things that way for our community.

We do not contract with any insurance providers, and without a formal contract between Lupa Health and Medicare or the Colorado Medicaid program, we cannot treat patients who are covered by these programs, even on a cash-pay basis. If regulations change, we will update this policy on our website.
